he said it was so fabulous, nobody would think of India upon hearing the words
‘Taj Mahal’.
He was so adamant in protecting the ‘Taj
Mahal’ name that his lawyers forced NJ local Mohammad Rashid to change his Taj Mahal
Indian Restaurant’s name saying ‘Throughout the United States and
internationally, the public has come to consider the words Taj Mahal as
denoting the business operated by [Trump]’.
Ironically, the Casino came close to Bankruptcy
and was sold earlier this year.
